Modern new interior, clean and stylish. Great location in the city centre and a short walking distance from the train station. The area is quiet at night and not generally noisy by day. The double glazed windows provide excellent sound insulation too. Would recommend for a holiday or business trip. I didn't meet any staff but there was good communication through booking.com app and text messaging.

Very nicely decorated and furnished suite which was large and allowed each of our teenagers to have their own bedroom, as well as having a private bedroom with ensuite for us parents. The bathrooms were great. The kitchen was also spacious and we easily could have made dinner there or even hosted a larger family group. The living room was also very nice, though we didn’t stay long enough to enjoy the spacious living room area. The air conditioning worked but was located in the hallway and was a bit undersized to reach the bedrooms. We had a bit of trouble finding the keys on arrival as we were not looking quite far enough down the road for the lock box which was located at a different address than the place we were staying. It did end up being exactly where the host told us it would be. The beds and linens were comfortable. The place was clean but not impeccable.

The secure parking space was close and within a 2
minute walking distance.
All amenities were exactly as described.
We were only able to stay one night so not able to explore Valence.
