To start with, the host, Eileen, is a fabulous English lady who is most helpful and fun to chat with. The house, being Eileen's own home, is well cared for and it shows: clean and exceptionally well equipped. The house exceeded my expectations by a mile (as someone who has used booking.com well over hundred times and hardly ever reviewed any stays, I don't use superlatives lightly). The house is spacious and in a beautiful setting, rustic (in a most idyllic way) yet convenient to get to all the attractions. Last but not least and what a pleasant surprise it was (for someone who needs to stay connected): lighting fast fiber optic internet! This is when you realize how far behind America has become when it comes to infrastructure!

Ian and Tracy couldn't do enough for us to make sure we had an enjoyable stay.
The appartment was clean light and airy.
Great value for money particularly with breakfast too.
There were complementary drinks in the apartment which was a lovely touch and nice to enjoy a cup of tea after our long journey.
A lovely little bar just a few steps from the apartment for drinks and pizza.
We also enjoyed dinner at a very nice English style bar which was just a ten minutes drive which served lovely food and good live music.
Definitely will visit Number 17 B&B again.

The apartment was really clean. I like clean spaces like the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living room. In this case, it was as it should be. The premises were also well maintained and at the same time simple enough that we didn't worry about damaging anything :) Thank you, it was really nice.
Apartment was nice and well planned. We never met the host but she was in contact with us and we felt that we got good service via emails. Good location. Nice with kitchen table and chairs. Good shutters.

The studio itself had a contemporary feel and was clean with all the basics for a short stay. It had a nice feel.
The location is great, in the very centre of the city. There is a shop (open until late hours), a pharmacy, two bakeries, two bars, a pizza place and free parking, all within 200 metres of the apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean and roomy enough for three. We particularly liked the cozy terrace and the bathroom. Heating is convenient and heats up the apartment very quickly. Kitchen is generally well equipped.
We had an issue with the faulty terrace door - after initial reluctance, the owners reacted quickly and fixed the issue.
