Super accomodation. It's walking distance to line 1. Quiet neighbourhood. Beautiful garden all around. Reception/sort of gated community. Bus stop in front of the building. Electric shutters. Small terrace for breakfast. May not be convenient for wheelchair user (doors/gates are heavy and hard to open with one hand). Bottled water was waiting for me (great as I forgot to buy one when I arrived at the Gare du Nord).

The apartment was absolutely fabulous! It was brand new, well decorated, very clean. It has everything you need for a stay. The building has an elevator if you need it.
