The house is big, huge surfaces, big spaces. it is the perfect starting point to visit Annecy for a group from 4 to 6 people. A little noisy due to the nearby steet run by cars (but at night the traffic is reduced and the sleep is assured). Very good internet connection.

The studio was super clean and very modern. The kitchen was small but serviceable and the wall-sized “tv” was very nice. The hosts were amazing, extremely kind and they really did everything to make sure we had a wonderful stay. We had our dog with us and he also enjoyed it very much. There is a nice park with a lake very nearby.

Location was good, set in a block just back from the main road and across the street from a large supermarket. Bus stop opposite the supermarket takes you to the bus station in 10 minutes where its a 5-10 minute walk to the old town and lake. The apartment was clean, well furnished and comfortable.
