The best location ! Size of the residence was great. 3 seperate rooms with ensuite was so convenient. Staff were very attentive when we needed and check in and out process was so smooth.

The appartment was very clean and functional. It was also nice and cosy. The kitchen was well equipped - we enjoyed the Nepresso machine (our favorite coffee) with the free coffee capsules (Paris!). WLAN and TVs worked perfectly. The appartment was very quiet and the location was more than perfect. Easy walking distance to the Seine and Notre Dame and Louvre. 2 Metro Lines (4 and 10 - 4 leads to Gare de l'Est) available 200 meters from the appartment, either Station Odeon or St.-Michel. We parked our car in a private garage by "onepark" - SAEMES MARCHÉ SAINT-GERMAIN. Picking up the key at a store on the way to the appartment was no inconvenience. Bakery was just around the corner and a vegan snack restaurant, too. All in all we had a perfect stay.

This apartment is perfect for visiting Paris.
The location is great: near there is metro station, different food shops, restaurants and so on. You feel calm and save there. Also it is possible to get Eiffel Tower by foot (it takes around 40-50 minutes).
The apartment is well equipped, there are everything for comfortable living: dishes, glasses, coffee machine. There was enough space for 5 adults.
The staff was also great, ready to help with any question.
I would definitely choose this apartment again during my next trip to Paris.

Hosts are super nice. The apartment is equipted with everything and located in a nice and quiet residential neighbourhood. Very close to tram stop and a few cafes, supermarket and post office nearby.
The apartment was new and it's got everything, complete kitchen with dish washer included, laundry room, private parking...
The bathroom and the beds were also very good, big sized and good quality.
The apartment was a great space for us. We had all the facilities we needed. Nicolas was a very good host and was always helpful with extra things we needed or tips on places to go in the local area or how to get about the city. Close enough to the city to get in and out easily but far enough away to unwind when we needed to. There were some lovely local shops and restaurants that we enjoyed visiting.

The apartment was spacious, *super* clean and very well equipped. The desk beside the bed was great for working and the coffee machine was a big plus. The apartment is a short walk (5 min) from a big supermarket, pharmacy and another 3 min walk gets you to the metro station. We used this a lot to get into the city and it was really convenient
The location was fantastic. Very close to a subway stop, a patisserie across the street, and a grocery store next door. Secure parking for our car. I joked with my family that if you watch films set in Paris you conclude there is a French law that all apartments in Paris must have an unobstructed view of the Eiffel Tower. Well, the view of the Eiffel Tower from this rental ruined my joke.
