Incredible property, smelt amazing everywhere. We’re still talking about how good it smelt. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Wonderfully chilled environment, feels luxurious but homely and not stuffy. The room was exquisite, so comfortable and had everything we needed. Also had wonderful Le Labo products in the bathroom. Free access to great bikes, which were perfect for sight seeing. Within great proximity to key attractions, like Dune du Pilat and to catch the short ferry to Cap Ferret. The staff provided great recommendations, that made our trip really magical.

The host couple were very welcoming and helpful with their tips and recommendations which we gladly accepted.
The property itself is very tastefully decorated and is located in a very peaceful, green neighbourhood - we loved it.
You name it and the property had those items available which was super handy.
Their checkin and checkout timings are also amazing unlike other properties. You almost get to spend 23 hours!! I don’t think any other properties offer such timings, so another plus point!
Wish we had more days to spend in Arcachon but we will be back and recommend it wholeheartedly.

The apartment was very spacious for a studio and had a large private patio. It was beautiful, clean, modern and very comfortable. Natalie helped us with check in and she was really nice and helpful. She even helped us get a dinner reservation at a local restaurant that was nearly impossible to get! Street parking was really easy too.
Nice and clean, great facilités: coffee/tea and coffee maker. Nice bathroom. Good size balcony, third bedroom was separate to the apartment or rather out on to patio and down some stairs. Thought was a bit weird at first but changed our minds and thought was actually good for some families

We were given a free upgrade upon our arrival to a bigger apartment with a terrace and small private garden. The apartment was modern, welcoming and clean. We only stayed for one night but would gladly stay longer.
