Excellent location, literally in town. The apartment had everything we needed and good automated communication from host (clear check-in instructions, internet password, etc.). Lots of sleeping options (two full beds plus full pullout couch). Great stop for one night as we traveled down south for holiday. Brive is a very cute town and worth a little bit of time. We went on Sunday so almost everything was closed but looks like a lot of good shopping and restaurants!

On arrival at the property we telephoned our host who opened the electric gate and came to meet us with the keys and show us round the property. Breakfast was not provided but the kitchen are was very well equipped with a good range of modern equipment and a good-sized table and chairs. The bed was extremely comfortable and a good size. Our host provided us with maps of the local areas and recommendations as to local shops an restaurants.

Conveniently located within walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops. Planty of parking around. The apartment is small and very basic but was sufficient for a quick overnight stay.

The location was perfect, right in the centre of Brive which turned out to be a lovely surprise, a lively but very compact and friendly town where we were able to find great food, lots to see and do, and of course the rugby - stadium is a short walk away. The studio is very tastefully decorated and furnished and the kitchen equipment is excellent (could do with a microwave though). Wish we could have stayed longer!

The flat was small and compact but contained everything we needed. It was nicely decorated, well appointed and convenient for the town. I would use it again if we travelled via the same route. It was excellent value for money.
Before arriving at the apartment, I received all the necessary instructions via Booking to access it. The apartment is very welcoming, perfect for 4 people, clean, and equipped with everything needed. It is well-located in the historical part of the city. The apartment owner is very helpful in clarifying any doubts, responding promptly, and being very friendly. The price-quality ratio is excellent. Perfect for a peaceful family vacation.
Easy free parking in quiet area. Lovely modern apartment well maintained. We spent only one night so did not have the opportunity to explore the area. It has a nice balcony on which to relax.
The host upgraded us with a better apartment (Not the one referenced in this questionnaire) for the same cost, explaining us that even if the one we rented had some air conditioning, we would be better in another apartment although without air conditioning as it is less exposed to the sunlight.
The host called us in advance for setting up all the arrangements: upgrade and getting the keys.
He was also very flexible to shorten our stay as we had to leave the flat earlier than expected for family issues.
