Great property. The pictures definitely don’t do it justice. Lovely kitchen with great facilities. Modern bathroom and a nice seating space downstairs. Upstairs is a lovely spacious and clean bedroom. The entire property smelt lovely and fresh. The owner was very friendly. If you speak a little French that will be very handy. 😁

Flat was within easy reach of the Stade de France train station and venue, shops including supermarket close by. A very comfortable King sized bed. Good shower / bath and whole flat was exceptionally clean and tidy, coffee machine with plenty of pods. Had well equipped kitchen for those wanting to cook. Very secure building with access codes.

The location was excellent. We were there for the Olympics but even if not it's easily accessed from the airport and close to good transport links. Bakeries, bistros, restaurants and supermarket are close by. The studio was equipped for self catering.

Very nice apartment which was perfect for our one night stay. 30 minute walk to the stadium for the Olympics so the location was ideal for us. The host was very helpful & accommodated our request to check in a couple of hours early.

Nothing. It was impossible to get in. We had to call the owner and get the keypad reset remotely. When we did eventually get in we found a dark and dirty small apartment that we didn’t want to stay in. We also didn’t want to leave our stuff in it and we were not confident we would be able to get back in. Luckily we were able to find another hotel with availability not too far away, but we had to write this off as an extremely bad debt.

Great studio with everything you need in terms of facilities. It's really efficiently furnished. You can cook yourself and even make use of a washing machine if you want. Also more than enough sockets to charge your devices after a long day of exploring Paris.

The host sent us very clear instructions on how to get into the building, and there was a lock box with the keys by the door. there were several security doors to the building so it felt very safe and secure. There is a delicious Patisserie accross from the apartment and a small supermarket too. Train stations and Metro walking distance/Taxi from the apartment with trains running frequently. Stade De France also a good proximity to the flat.

We wanted a cheap room with a kitchenette close to Campus Condorcet. These expectations were all met. The prices are very low indeed, the staff is friendly, and the room had all the things we needed for a short stay.
