The landlord and his wife are very friendly. When we arrived the landlady was there and warmly welcomed us. We booked the top room. There you have an wonderful view over the ocean. The room is big and nicely furnished and very clean. We had a fridge and cuttlery and where able to do our own breakfast.
Over some extra stairs you could reach the roof with some extra nice view over the ocean and the village.
The courtyard of the place is also very nice. You can hang out there as well and meet other travellers.

Amazing place! It is located in a lovely town of Hermigua, there is a marvellous view from the Casa Lara at the town and surrounding mountains. There are restaurants and shops in town and an amazing place called Pescante de Hermigua nearby - I definately recommend to go for a swim there.
The apartment itself is lovely, bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped, there are 2 coffe machines, toster, plenty of kitchen utensils, kettle. Anything you need for staying for couple of days.
Ángel is a very nice host, very helpful and responsive and I had no issues to communicate or whatsoever. I definitely recommend Casa Lara :)

From the outside we didn't expect the best but once in the building very very clean, bright and spacious. Everything was new. Small terras only for laundry machine. Good location. Few minutes from beach, restaurants, shops.
San Sebastian is small. All walking distance . Quit at night. Cool during hot summer.

Everything was excellent! The apartment is super good equipped. Especially the kitchen, which invited us for cooking and then we enjoyed the meal at the wonderful terrace. The view is magnificent especially at day. At night you can lay on the sunbeds and watch the stars. One amazing beach (playa del Ingles) is only 5min by car and many hiking routes at about 20min driving. The wellness area is also nice and clean and the view from the sauna is spectacular! You share it with the other appartments, but during our stay we were always alone. The bed is very comfortable, although quite soft. The communication with the owners and the caretaker Dirk were very good. The only thing is that the internet didn't work throughout our stay. But we had enough MB on our cellphones, so we didn't see it as a big problem. Overall, we will be happy to stay again here, if we visit again la Gomera.

Loved the amazing view from the large doors and windows overlooking the sea.
We loved watching the waves crashing against the sea wall as the tide came in. We spent evening watching them with "oooos and awes" like people watch fireworks!
Everything was comfortable and great! We also lived how you can open the bedroom window onto the apartment and let the breeze come in at night.
Also love the natural sea pool and the dock.
We had an apartment on the first floor, which had a private balcony and a bedroom separate from the main living space, off the hall.
The view of the waves and the sunset were spectacular. The restaurant was yards away and their fish was delicious and very reasonable.
