Check in was online which was of great comfort for us. Also, we could check in any time which was great for us since tve arrivsl time was very difficult to predict.

Lovely homely studio apartment. Everything was clean and fairly new, with all the things you could think to need. The location was excellent, only 2 minutes walk from the bus station and less than 5 minutes into the centre.

This is a groundfloor 2 bedroom apartment not too far from the old city center of Úbeda. There is a double bed in one bedroom and 2 single beds in the other bedroom but the single beds are not very sturdy. They have soft mattresses so if you like that you can have a good night of sleep. The apartment is a bit dark and the kitchen can in theory be used to cook up but still, it misses some things so you won't be inclined to do so. There are also 2 bathrooms: one smaller and older and one more modern. There is a TV and a comfortable couch. Wifi worked well. The apartment doesn't have parking so you'll have to park on the street (which is free) but during the day you have to be bit lucky to find a spot. At night this won't be a problem. To get the key you'll receive instructions from the owner who communicates via whatsapp. This meant that we never saw him but everything went smoothly nevertheless.

Close to the bus station, and a short walk to attractions. Less than a block to a decent supermarket. Very quiet neighbourhood. The kitchen is better-equipped than most rentals, and the layout of the apartment is relatively open and spacious. Carlos was very helpful with recommendations, and communication was clear and easy. Would definitely go back.
