Fantastic location! Breakfast on the terrace was fabulous each morning with the outstanding view over the golf course to the sea and Gibraltar. Enjoyable 10 or 12 minute walk down the beach to a couple of interesting beach restaurant/ bars. Apartment was spacious, clean and fit out in a modern and comfortable standard (4 star level if in a hotel).

The apartment location was excellent, lift available to all floors, apartment block in good repair and very clean. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, all essentials in the apartment as advertised, the pool was clean and organised. Several supermarkets within walking distance and many, many places to eat offering a wide variety of international food. Thank you to the owner for providing such a great service.

Our favorite was the huge terrace with a perfect sea view and relaxing furniture. The whole apartment is really well equipped, so is the kitchen as the bathroom or the bedroom. The location is also great and silent. The flat is in a guarded urbanization with nice garden, pool, parking place. You can find supermarket, bar, pizzeria and pharmacy in the immediate vicinity. Gibraltar is in 25minutes drive, Tarifa in 40min.
We spent 5 days there, loved it really much, would return anytime :)

I've stayed in Sotogrande many, many times and this is by far the best accommodation I've been in. The apartments are beautifully designed and have everything you need. Also hands down the best view you can ask for! Walking distance to the beach. Everything was perfect. Couldn't have asked for anything better.
Amazing apartment, super clean and with everything you need for a beach holiday. The communication with Livia was flawless (had a bit oh a hick up upon arrival, but it was solved super quickly), everything was spotless in the apartment. The terrace was an absolute wonder (the swing was a deligjt for my daughter). The beach is right across the street, there are plenty of restaurants around, the supermarket is quite close (though you would need car to get around). I would definitely book again if in the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Living in the middle of the harbor in a beautiful location, where gorgeous beaches with beach bars and incredible food await you within 10 minutes. The apartment is tastefully furnished in a Mediterranean style.

The apartment is amazing, clean spacious close to everything. The bed is very comfortable. The apartment was very well appointed, lots of thoughtful things in the apartment. Our host was at the property when we arrived which was great. The apartment has also a private parking spot.
