Location was very good: easy walk to the Guggenheim and to Funicular Artxanda and relatively close to the Matiko metro stop. Unfortunately, other public transit (buses, trams) seem to only run on the other side of the river, so you have to walk a bit to get to those stops. The unit was clean and reasonably roomy (we are a family of four: two parents and two teen-aged boys). We found a stash of pillows under the couch which improved the comfort level a bit. The washing machine in the unit was very convenient.
