We chose to stay outside Bilbao and it was very close to the railway station for easy access into the city. Apartment itself was very smart, well furnished with everything we could need. Shower was amazing.

This apartment is a perfect size for a group of 5 people: 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms (1 with a shower and the other with a bathtub). It was super-clean and all the necessary things were included (sheets, towels, toiletries, hairdryer, fans, tv, wifi, kitchen utensils etc.). Huge closets!
Jose, the owner, was very kind giving us all the information we needed and asking every so often if we needed anything else. We also got a complementary bottle of wine and lots of figs from his wife’s garden (delicious!).
Apart from the fact that the airport is just around the corner, it’s a really quiet area, and if you’re awake between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. you won’t be bothered by the planes (they don’t fly at night).
The bus stop is literally next to the house - one way you can get to the airport in 20 minutes, and the other way you can get to the center of Bilbao in 10 minutes. If you have a car there are parking options all around the house.
A small grocery store, a pharmacy and a few bars/restaurants are within a 5-minute walk.

The host was great, they messaged us prior to our arrival to ensure we had everything we needed. They were very polite and allowed us to enter the property earlier than the usual check in time without any extra charge. They left out coffee and a few extra treats like chocolates and cupcakes which was a lovely extra detail.

Comfortable. Good communication from host with information regarding access. Good location for visiting Guggenheim muséum - easy walk. Also handy for underground station.

Lovely fluffy towels, comfy, big bed, everything that we needed was there. Small but efficient kitchen, good size bathroom with a large shower and washing machine.
Very comfortable couch and we enjoyed Netflix on rainy evenings. It was home away from home.
Parking underground just around the corner(I think @+-5€ a day) as well as the train station that takes you into Bilbao center in 30 min. Lots of bars and shopping opportunities around the area.
As pilgrims we really enjoyed the comfort and price for the room. Also the possibility of using the kitchen was great. It is worth mentioning that there were two lovely cats in the flat.
Great flat, spacious open-plan lounge and kitchen, clean, lots of natural light, great views over the Marina and out to sea. Handily close to the train station and lots of shops and bars. Nice local touches with the photos, books, records and record player. Useful supply of umbrellas too!
Comfy bed. Breezy window with shutters in case total quiet is required. Friendly cats. Modern shower. Spotless apartment. Great location, walking (/hiking) distance of Arena beach. Great value for money.
They sent photos with instructions, which made it easy to access the apartment building as well as the apartment. The keys were right where they said they would be when I walked in and it was easy to leave them right there when I left as well very convenient.
