Lovely green location - the area was peaceful and not very touristic so we had what felt like an authentic Tenerife experience. There were lovely walking routes nearby which felt safe even in the evenings. We swam in the pool every morning (in February!) and had coffee on our own private terrace overlooking the sea - it was stunning. The kitchen facilities made meal times really easy, it had everything we needed, and the host - Maria - was friendly too. We do recommend hiring a car though for your own convenience to see the other areas of the island.

Montse, it is definitely a GREAT HOST! Communication with her was extremely professional and fast. The apartment is modern, spacious, equipped with everything you need and the view from the balcony is WONDERFUL. The strong point in the Santa Ursula area is the fact that it is very modern, with new houses, close to the highway. You are very close to Puerto de la Cruz, Loro Parque, Costa de el Sauzal and a lot of beaches and natural pools. Also, you have access to a wonderful pool and you have a lot of parking lots near by the building. Thank you.

Very nice welcoming hosts. Big apartment, very quiet, beautiful view. The kitchen is big and well equipped for cooking, made with durable materials. Comfortable bed and pillows, nice towels. The bathroom had enough toilet paper for the long stay, washing powder for laundry. Good shower. The resort where it's located is beautiful.
