The check-in process was quite easy through a key box on the back of the building. We were always informed by the wonderful host about everything. The apartment is just wonderful, we arrived when it was very cold and the pellet-oven that was inside was just wonderful. Everything was super comfy and it even features a jacuzzi-type bathtub. The host was soooo friendly, she even drove us to the train station.

The apartment had all we needed for a short stay in Segovia. We appreciate the lockers downstairs to store our luggage whilst we explored the city. The tea/coffee making facilities were useful as well.

Very comfortable, clean, bright, very modern and well equipped apartment in a clean and very well located house. The fantastic view of the Alcazar of Segovia from the garden of the house, both in daylight and at night (it is illuminated!). Private parking in the garage of the house (chargeable but worth it, our car was safe and cold! It was 35°C outside and although available, only sunny free parking). Very easy to get to (right at the entrance in Segovia on CL-607, coming from the A6 on the local roads - very beautiful scenery through Meseta), practical and modern access (we received all the access codes for the house and apartment by email in advance). Very friendly and helpful house management and staff. The house is close to the bus stop (line 9) which takes you quickly and conveniently to the aqueduct from where you can visit the old town or take bus 11 to Segovia Guiomar train station. Madrid is 30 minutes away (fast trains every 30 minutes, Salamanca and Avila about 1 hour by train - you have to take the early direct trains, between 8 and 9 in the morning, and return in the late afternoon). By car you can reach Castillo de Coca in 45 minutes. The way back from the aqueduct by bus is also convenient (last bus shortly before half past ten pm). You can also reach the Alcazar on foot in 30 minutes, directly from the house via the footpath.
For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
We liked everything!!! Carlos, the host, was friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The kitchen had all the utensils for cooking, refrigerator, washer machine, and dishwasher. Also, there was an elevator.
It’s centrally located; 4 minutes’ walk to the main street where there are several stores (grocery, restaurants, bakery, etc.) and 10 minutes from the beautiful Royal Palace and Gardens of La Granja de San Ildefonso (they are worth seeing).
We definitely will return.

Perfectly situated for local sights and visiting Sierra de Guaddarama, and close to Segovia. The apartment has a lot of character and wants for nothing.
This is a very spacious and clean apartment. It has all the utensils for cooking. Its location is perfect, 5 minutes to everything. The Internet worked very well. I highly recommend it. I will return next time I visit La Granja de San Ildefonso, a lovely small town with a beautiful Royal palace and gardens.
The apartment is close to the bus stop, centre of the village, the palace and walking paths to the Mirador de Tere and Chorro grande waterfall - ideal location for us! It was also very peaceful. The apartment was super clean, spacious, and the beds were really comfortable. It was also nicely decorated and the indoor air quality was good, with no strong perfumes etc. The host was friendly and welcoming, it was easy to arrange everything with him. Strongly recommend this place!
