The hotel is very clean. Rooms are not big, but absolutely enough, located in the centre of the town, easy to get everywhere.
The staff are friendly and speak English, which is not obvious in Spain :).

This is a lovely room in Atocha, about a 10' walk to the Prado and Reina Sofia museums, and a 5' walk from L3 metro. It has a well equipped kitchen, a very comfortable bed, and good AC and wifi. The washer and yoga mats were very appreciated. The rooms were quiet as the walls and windows are soundproofed, with only occasional noise from the corridor. Mercado de Santa Maria across the square was a true find, with market stalls selling everything including prepared food, under a single rooftop. This should be added to the BobW Atocha Guide. Communication with BobW via WhatsApp was excellent. A great find.

The apartment we got was so clean and well organized, thanks for the hospitality they offered. The kitchen tools are more than enough. The bed is so comfortable. All the details are enough to make us recommend this hotel apartment.

Very well-planned apartment with enough space for all the guests. All the amenities mentioned were great and available to use. The hosts were very kind to stock up the fridge with some water and beverages for us to use as well as surprised with some delicious pastries one of the mornings.

very functional and plenty of storage spaces. The beds were really comfortable and although the apartment is small, it felt quite comfortable for a family of 4. It is very light and airy and the staff is really helpful and friendly.
