I thought the location was fantastic - in a small, quiet street although it is next to a school so there are some happy children noises coming from nearby as well as a sporting hall which was utilised in the evenings. The noise wasn't intrusive and reminded you that you are in authentic Barcelona. The location for me was fantastic as I came for a conference at Fira Barcelona Grand Via which was only 4 stops on the L9S Metro line. The apartment was light and airy and comfortable with everything you could need as well as the little touches (scissors/grater/whisk/oil/spices and tea and coffee provisions) There is a large supermarket nearby (Mercadona) as well as a smaller Spar supermarket for essential supplies. One of the touches I loved was the information book on the back of the door which had QR codes to scan telling you how to use all of the appliances in the apartment as well as recommendations for nearby shopping and sites. An excellent touch! I felt completely at home. Would definitely recommend for a solo female traveler or a couple with one child.

Excellent and honest hosts! Always responded quickly and provided practical and excellent response to questions. Great location and transport networks only a short walk away. Local supermarkets, quiet and safe.

The house was great! It's got s nice kitchen equipped with everything we needed for a week, three bedrooms with comfy beds, and a nice living room, bathroom as well nicely maintained. The terrace was a big bonus :)
We came for an extended Formula 1 weekend, and the property has a great location for that - 3 minute walk away from the tran station to Montmelo, and an easy connection to Barcelona itself. The house is also very close to a huge Lidl, and 15 minutes walking from the centre of Rubi. All in all, we had a good time.
