This apartment is a perfect size for a group of 5 people: 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms (1 with a shower and the other with a bathtub). It was super-clean and all the necessary things were included (sheets, towels, toiletries, hairdryer, fans, tv, wifi, kitchen utensils etc.). Huge closets!
Jose, the owner, was very kind giving us all the information we needed and asking every so often if we needed anything else. We also got a complementary bottle of wine and lots of figs from his wife’s garden (delicious!).
Apart from the fact that the airport is just around the corner, it’s a really quiet area, and if you’re awake between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. you won’t be bothered by the planes (they don’t fly at night).
The bus stop is literally next to the house - one way you can get to the airport in 20 minutes, and the other way you can get to the center of Bilbao in 10 minutes. If you have a car there are parking options all around the house.
A small grocery store, a pharmacy and a few bars/restaurants are within a 5-minute walk.

Everything! It was exactly as the photos- and more! So much thought gone into making this a comfortable space. We’ve been travelling for 3 weeks and this is by far the best accommodation we’ve stayed in. Everything you need! Clean and well equipped. Great location- Guggenheim literally around the corner. An excellent apartment with all relevant resources available and in excellent condition. Staff and reception were exceptionally nice and friendly, I would definitely recommend the apartment for anybody who wants to really enjoy their stay in Spain 💖👌.
The apartment is great, very confortable and the host was very friendly and helpful. He helped us schedule a taxi to the airport on the next day. We stayed there to be closer to the airport as we had a early morning flight, the taxi was around €18 euros.
The two staff / owner of the apartment were incredibly friendly and helpful! We came an hour earlier than expected, they welcomed us in and helped us settled in no time. They also helped us to call and book for an early morning taxi to the airport for our flight next day. The property was clean and comfortable. There is a family run restaurant nearby, Batzoki de Loiu with equally friendly people and comfort food.
