Water views as far as the eye can see. The apartment is large and well - appointed. All appliances worked well, and it was great having a smart TV to access YouTube and Netflix. It is very quiet and serene. It was impeccably clean. You need a car to comfortably get to/from the property and to travel in the region, and you may want to get groceries before you arrive. I did not have a car, and I almost couldn't find a ride share to take me back to the airport. They're doing construction on the façade, it did not obstruct the view, and they do not work on the weekend, but it is good to be aware.

Gorgeous views from 2 balconies to Mediterranean in the East and lake, mountains in the West from 8th floor. Modern, updated inside condo. Very well equipped kitchen & laundry, 2 baths. Has a pool, but too cool outside in mid-May for us to try it. We didn’t need A/C or heat. Tennis court. Helpful owner. Is quiet, in a protected nature preserve, can walk aways to beach or to highway for boat ride. Got a rental car to go to Valencia & nearby tourist towns with great restaurants. All 3 bedrooms together, both baths open to hallway.

A great place to relax near the beach, where you can have a good walk, look at the beautiful sea and have a delicious meal. Thank you so much Julia for the recommendations on places to see in Valencia. It was great! You can have a delicious breakfast with coffee in Mikonos, and lunch in. La Cassola de Marin's. We didn't have time to visit all the places, but we will definitely come back to you soon to see everything. The apartment is warm and comfortable, and thanks extra for the coffee and wine! It's super!

The house is beautiful with spatious living room with open kitchen and huge comfortable roof terrace with a lovely view of the church. Nice shower. Great TV. Miguel and Diana responded quickly to any doubts we had and when we told them of lack of forks they soon supplied more. They responded perfectly in Spanish and English. We knew parking would be difficult but there is parking space 6 minutes from the house and it is an easy walk.
