An attractively decorated apartment, very clean, comfortable and well equipped in a quiet location. Bed was comfortable and shower was great. Easy to park a large car in the underground car park. Access to 2 pools which looked inviting but as we were only there for 3 days we didn’t get to use them. The apartment is about 2 miles from the Historic Centre with a nice walk either side of the river. The town is easy to navigate and has a huge choice of restaurants. The host, Ramón, was very helpful on arrival. Would be happy to return and spend a longer period here.

Everything was great! Excellent location of apartments within walking distance to the old town and the sights of Salamanca. The apartments are very clean and comfortable, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is private closed parking. The owner of the apartment met us at the entrance to the garage. He was very hospitable and attentive and gave us all the information we needed for which we are very grateful to him. If we ever return to Salamanca, we will definitely live here. We can definitely recommend this apartment to everyone.

Clean, tasteful interior with all one needs, even laundry machine. Kitchen with pots, cutlery, glasses and mugs, all clean and all working. The place is comfortable, spacious and the pictures are exactly as is. Location is great, too, just 20 minutes to the city center. Staff friendly and helpful, in short: highly recommendable.
