This is definitely a comfortable and spacious duplex apartment. Two Floors, 2nd floor for entrance and 2 bedrooms + bathroom 1. 3rd floor for living area, kitchen, bathroom 2 and large terrace. No elevator. The apartment is well equiped, with a very decent kitchen (no dishwasher), nice terrace with all necessary outside furniture and a bbq. Great living area with a large smart TV and good WiFi. Very good communication with José Maria, the friendly owner (not living in the area).
