This apartment is a perfect size for a group of 5 people: 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms (1 with a shower and the other with a bathtub). It was super-clean and all the necessary things were included (sheets, towels, toiletries, hairdryer, fans, tv, wifi, kitchen utensils etc.). Huge closets!
Jose, the owner, was very kind giving us all the information we needed and asking every so often if we needed anything else. We also got a complementary bottle of wine and lots of figs from his wife’s garden (delicious!).
Apart from the fact that the airport is just around the corner, it’s a really quiet area, and if you’re awake between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. you won’t be bothered by the planes (they don’t fly at night).
The bus stop is literally next to the house - one way you can get to the airport in 20 minutes, and the other way you can get to the center of Bilbao in 10 minutes. If you have a car there are parking options all around the house.
A small grocery store, a pharmacy and a few bars/restaurants are within a 5-minute walk.

The host was great, they messaged us prior to our arrival to ensure we had everything we needed. They were very polite and allowed us to enter the property earlier than the usual check in time without any extra charge. They left out coffee and a few extra treats like chocolates and cupcakes which was a lovely extra detail.

We chose to stay outside Bilbao and it was very close to the railway station for easy access into the city. Apartment itself was very smart, well furnished with everything we could need. Shower was amazing.

This apartment is fantastic, offering direct access to local amenities including an excellent bakery just two minutes away, a small supermarket, and public transport that takes you directly to the center of Bilbao in 40 minutes. Communicating with our host Joseba via WhatsApp was seamless, and he provided very clear instructions for key collection. Sopelana Beach is conveniently close by car, and the area boasts several delightful restaurants.
I felt in love with these apartments. there is everything you need for a comfortable stay, including parking. metro station is just a few minutes waking , or you could travel by your. also, hosts are friendly and nice. they always reply quickly and ready to help you.
