Excellent choice for a few nights in Alicante. The apartment has a real New York loft feel really spacious with quirky decor. Although it's in a very busy location we didn't hear a sound inside when we retired for the night. The man at reception was so nice and provision of umbrellas and towels for the beach was great. Will definitely try to stay here again.

Excellent 👌 location to the sea. The apartment had everything you need for weekend as well as parasol, a folding chair and a cooler bag. The owner responds quickly. Recommended.

The location is nice, there are good restaurants and coffee places nearby, and it's walking distance from the beach.
Apartment is located in a nice building with tennis yard and swimming pool area. Apartment itself was really nice. Balcony with ocean view was great. There were two bedrooms and two bathrooms. In the kitchen was everything we needed. Dining area and living room were nicely decorated. The best part was the balcony with the view. Within a 1 kilometer there were a big superstore, farmacy, few cafes and restaurants. Area feld calm. Tram stop is really closeby. The beach is few hundred meters away!
Swimming pool, location. This apartment is located in a very nice modern area with lots of modern pubs and restaurants with walking distance to the beach.
The flat is super modern and has everything you need to enjoy your stay in San Juan.

A great shower setup including both a hose and Rainshower head - the water pressure is really strong and washes that sand off!
Nescafe pod machine - we bought a pack of 16 from the supermarket but you can bring your own too.
New TV with wall bracket so you can angle it if you're in the kitchen or bed.
Location is great, the beach is <10mins and there's a big supermarket <5 minutes.
