The location was a easy walk away from the beach and city center. A lot of restaurants with good food for reasonable prices. There was a bottle of canary wine waiting for us upon arrival. Hostess contacted us early on arrival about the entering the residence and the keys. The apartment was clean, bath towels soft and plenty. Lots of kitchen utilities, including salt, pepper and coffee cups. Large fridge and freezer, 2 pot induction stove. Small washing machine in the bathroom, detergent included.

The location was perfect. Instead of getting a taxi from the airport we took the number 91 bus, which goes by the motorway , then turns into Arguineguín and stops just beyond the taxi rank - exactly across the road from wher you go down a short street and turn left into C. Tomás Morales. you are then less than a hundred meters from the promenade and the beach, with cafés on all sides. The facilities in the apartment were first class and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful. The Wifi was excellent and the staff offered to come and help us connect if we had any problem.

I loved the location which was Not in the middle of the big developments nearby. Locals lived and worked there. There are three floors (stairs) with balconies on each floor. Very well laid out, and newly renovated.

The views out to sea are stunning, no two days are the same. A very well equipped kitchen has everything you need. The furniture and decor are also very nice and of good quality. The beds are comfortable. Longe/diner/kitchen very large and spacious. The pool is exceptionally clean and the surrounding area is well kept and tidy.

The owner was quick to reply to our questions and we got into our apartment without issue. It was very clean, with two balconies and all amenities worked perfectly. The location was good, not too far away from Casa Memo bus stop, from which you can go almost anywhere. Close to the beach as well. Would highly recommend.

Everything was clean, tidy and we were even welcomed with a bottle of red wine. Excellent guest service. Owner very approachable; maintained a good communication with us. We felt at home. Beach was less than 5 min apart and we had groseries stores at every corner.
