Everything! It’s near to the metro station and several buses, in safe neighbourhood. The bed is incredibly comfortable and you have the fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The support is there 24/7 checkinf if anything is needed. I got some gifts and a small note for a happy birthday, really thoughtful. Would definitely recommend and return :)

The apartment is super well located in the center of Copenhagen, in Nyhavn. It’s very big and perfect for large groups (we were 2 families with 4 kids in total). The agency is also very kind and available during the whole stay (we were able to check in earlier, they provided us a corkscrew which was missing and always reactive to our questions).
