The apartment is very well designed and maintained as new. The owner thought about everything that can make the stay comfortable- starting with the beds, the furniture, the kitchen appliances, equipment in the kitchen, the shower, washing machine in the apartment and the Wi-Fi. The apartment is big, with small additional room furnished as an office and a balcony. It’s very easy to access the apartment, elevator and parking was very comfortable as well. the owner is very nice and attentive and was available to us throughout our stay. Overall great value for money. We will definitely stay there again.

We had such a nice stay in the Design-Apartment. Everything is so clean...kitchen, bed linen, bathroom etc. Every room is so bright and spacious! There is a washing room with a dedicated washing machine for this apartment, which means you can do your washing late at night. We will definitely reserve this apartment again once we are back in the area.

Location was perfect for what we needed - between most attractions south of Stuttgart (Metzingen Outlet, Schloss Lichtenstein, Ritter Sport, etc.) and Stuttgart Center. We used our own car but noticed several options nearby with bus to the S-Bahn station. Very easy to commute to the airport. The house had everything we could wish for as a family with two young kids and was really comfortable - even with negative temps outside, snow and ice we felt really cozy. Everything was spot clean and tidy. Christian was an awesome host, gave us all the advice we needed and even gifts for our kids in the advent. Would definitely stay again!!
