The communication we received from the Hosts was very clear. We had photos showing us exactly how to access the keys and find our own way to our apartment. We didn't meet the Hosts, however everything about the apartment was as we expected. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay near the airport and with easy access to the trains, then this is it. There are supermarkets (Aldi and Rewe) within walking distance as well as eating places nearby. We would stay here again.
Excellelnt free shuttle service to and from airport operating every half hour. We were able to drop off our rental car the night before and just take the shuttle to the airport in the morning. Very nice breakfast. Close to the airport. English speakers for front desk and most services. This is definitely designed as a before and after arrival stop from the airport and it works well for that. If you are new to driving in Frankfurt you might find all of the roundabouts challenging.
Very well presented apartment. We used it because we needed somewhere to stay near Frankfurt Airport. A short walk to and from the railway station. On the S8 and S9 lines, the next stop to the airport. So convenient. We got a day card, rode to and from Frankfurt Hauptbahnoff, later to the airport, all for 11 euros. Nice Italian restaurant nearby. All this meant it was a great decision to stay at Kolev Apartments.
We arrived later than planned in the dark and was surpirised to find our host waiting outside and he assisted us in organising the keys from the lock box and showing us to the apartment.
The room was exceptional - more an apartment than a room. Spacious, very clean, modern and fully equipped, with possibilities to make coffee/tea. Wifi very good. Helpful staff. Close to the airport, can be easily accessed by a train. Lively neighborhoods with possibilities to eat also late in the night, but the room was quite.
3 minutes walking distance from the train station (and just one stop from the airport). Would like to stay longer, not just for a short overnight between flights :-)
