Everything! The hospitality that Ralph gave us was the best of all the places we stayed! He made us feel like home and was always a text/ call away. He always was available and was so nice! Short walk to S Bahn station with frequent trains to Munich. Also good local bus services. Very expensively fitted out property. Although in fairly high density residential area, was remarkably quiet.
