She was very nice explaining us everything and showing us around. She made a fruit plate for us upon arrrival and a delicious blueberry cubbler upon leaving; it was so so good.

Julia communicated well beforehand and welcomed me when I was logistically confused. The apartment was very well appointed, spacious, and had a really good feel. Although a "basement" apartment, it had large windows above ground level.
