Very clean, spacious and convenient. There is everything you need ( except wine opener 😄 ).
Very calm neighbourhood. The bus stop in front of the house. Tram station not far. Big terrace.

Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
The host was very nice and helpful, even helped for parking. The flat has a good surface and well equipped. Even if it is placed above the bar, it is not noisy and closes before midnight. Cannot rate the outside equipments as we came very late and left early. Tesla charger is 10mins away at Brno.
