The host is very helpful and responds to whatsapp. Room Was clean and mostly well equipped. Great little kitchen with dishwasher and strong mini fridge. It is in a good location near center of town. Parking is covered and our large car fit. For people during Ski season I think this place is perfect.

The flat is spacious, comfortable, super clean and the furniture is brand new. There's everything you need. It's in the centre of Rokytnice and there's a Tesco Express shop a few metres away. I really appreciated the fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, the big bathroom and the storage space. Although the flat is on the ground floor, it was pleasantly warm inside (there's central heating) and very quiet - when the windows are closed, you can't hear anything. We had a great stay and can recommend this place wholeheartedly.

    The flat was simple and very clean it had all we needed including a washing machine. The beds were comfortable. The host was very nice to us and since we arrived late we were able to buy from him eggs. The price was very cheap and we felt it was worth it.

    Exceptional apartment and amazing location! We went with our kids, and everyone had a memorable time. Big pool and swings kept the kids happy. The relaxed atmosphere and fantastic views from the terrace were all that we needed! The apartment has all the amenities we could think of and such a nice vibe. This will be our go-to place in Krkonose from now on!

    The view from the livingroom is incredible! The apartment is big and have everything you need. It is right next to beautiful hiking trails and there is a bar and restaurant right next to the house. We loved our stay there! We went in june.

    Very big apartment, clean and spacious. All necessary kitchen equipment in place. Nice view on the other side of the valley. after agreement with the owners you can charge your electric car there.

    Modern and clean apartment. Close to restaurants and the village center. It‘s perfect for a short stay, but would also be suitable for a longer vacation. Host are easy to communicate with in case you need sth. We had a great stay.

    Helpful staff and Manager - thank You! The apartment is typical for going to bed after a hard day on the slopes :) Breakfast incl. - tasty and fresh :), lift, private parking. Nice restaurant (pension standard) on ground level. Ski room, well arranged, with boots heaters. Good for short stay.
