A guest house in the classic post-Czechoslovak style is probably not suitable for everyone... But for me the most important thing was the cleanliness and the level of equipment, and everything is fine here!

This small studio is in a quiet location and you have a semi private seating area. There are many local sites to see and the river is a short, but very steep, walk. Hiking is very good, even from the house. The bed and linen were really nice and the use of a washing machine was an asset. The host was responsive to our questions and happily provided restaurant recommendations
Beautiful room with basic cooking facilities (a saucepan in addition to the frying pan would help people self catering).
Very quite at night. The use of the roof top terrace with a view of the castle was a bonus. Really nice being able to relax above the crowds have a drink or 2, admire the castle and be happy that you don’t need to get back to Prague.
Friendly staff, lots of space for our kids and us in the family apartment (room no. 10), good breakfast, location (despite the near by railway station).

Amazing garden with bonfire place and comfy, covered patio perfect to spend evening with a drinks and friends. :)
Naďa is extremely flexible and helpful, an apartment itself is newly renovated , has great atmosphere and very well equipped.

It’s such a good and cozy apartment with everything you need in. The host is a very nice woman, who has an art gallery nearby. Must see!
This is a small city, so you can get to the castle and restaurants on foot.
The apartment is located in the very center of Karlstejn with beautiful view of the castle (app. 10 minutes walk away). We felt very comfortable, the communication with the property manager was easy and all our needs were met. It is a great place to stay in Karlstejn - everything is near and in the evening, you are just few steps away from awesome bistro Karlstejn34 (where we had breakfasts, lunches and dinners - because we liked it there the most). Definitely we will stay again.
