The location. The friendly staff. The apartment was well appointed with just about everything that is needed. The kitchenette has an induction hob,kettle,coffee machine,toaster,egg boiler and a microwave as well as a fridge with a small freezer compartment. Comfortable beds and furniture.
We have stayed here many times over the years and would not consider staying anywhere else in Vrchlabi.

Great hotel! Very nice rooms, super clean. With a kettle, tea and coffee. The floor has an equipped kitchen with everything you might need for preparing some small meals. Breakfast was also very nice. The people owning the place/working there are very friendly and helpful. I was really glad I found this hotel, and I would definitely love to stay there again!

Excellent accommodation, easy access to the place and to the flat itself. Clean, spacious and comfortable. We were there with two dogs and the location is great for walking them and spending time in nature. 10 mins to Vrhlabi and to Spindlerov Mlyn.

The owner is very understanding and helpful. It is the best apartment we have ever been to and we will surely come back in the future. Everything is new. There's a lot of private parking space.
