The host contacted us on the day of arrival through the Booking.com app with details of the lockbox to access the key - the details were accurate, but just to note that you use the door to the right of the lockbox, not the door where the lockbox is. The apartment was great, with a great kitchen/living space, that had everything we needed to cook with. The bathroom was spacious and had privacy glass. Although there weren't curtains in the whole kitchen/living space, there were blackout curtains in the bedroom. Overall, a great apartment with everything you need :)

We loved the place, just 2 minutes walk from lake where you can enjoy beauty of vitznau and also swim. Jeroen is best host, they have arranged everything you can need during your stay. Spacious duplex with comfortable beds and a balcony where you can enjoy barbecue. There is also private parking. Will come back for sure.

Very welcoming host. We were in the apartment on the top floor for 2 nights with friends as we were travelling around the region. Location is great, 5 min from the train station with a great view from the top floor. Hosts helped to fill the thermos in the bar area.
