The view from the room was great, beautiful mountain view.
Staff (especially Sylvia) was very helpful and enthusiastic. We had a broken light and the staff tried their best to help fix it immediately.
Dinner in the restaurant was very tasty (a bit expensive) and the common room was nice.

This was one of the best equipped apartments we have stayed in. everything was there, including a large parking space in an underground garage. It was so convenient in every respect that this makes up for the lack of charm
