Hotel and the room was very clean, the 9th floor which is a social area is very good idea, so beautiful, and the digital entry to the building and to the room worked well. The terrace at the 9th floor has a nice view. The staff was very helpful to everybody. They have a free small breakfast on Sundays and also free tea/coffee/fruits everyday at the 9th floor. Everything was nice.

Host welcomed us upon arrival. Very responsive. I accidentally slipped in the bathroom and broke a toilet roll holder, I wanted to compensate the damage but host said most important thing is I'm ok. I'm blessed.

Although I did not use the kitchenette, this is a very good aparthotel. The room was super clean, and also big, I could also exercise in the morning. The bathroom was also excellent, spacey, and most importantly there was enough water in the shower, which is rare. The breakfast was not included in the price, I ordered it and did not regret it. The staff is not only kind but also funny. The receptionist is a linguist, I heard him speak Spanish fluently, and he also knew some words in Hungarian which was surprising. They offer a free ticket for public transport! (Not for the first time in Geneva.) They guide you to the hotel from the airport! Amazing.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. We checked in ourselves and it was all very smooth with easy communication through messages on booking.com. We were staying over a few nights midweek and were close to most of the city sights and amenities.
There's a supermarket just down the street, a good pizza restaurant on the doorstep and bars nearby too. Bear in mind that Geneva is very expensive so it's good to have the ability to self cater some meals.
