Everything was good. Paolo is a great host. The apartment is super nice and has all the needed facilities. Location is an hour walk (mostly along a nice river) or a few minutes by car to the lake (Ciani park). There is also a bus station nearby. I really enjoyed my stay, and hope to return someday. The apartment was very clean and quiet. You had everything you needed!The kitchen was clean, bathroom clean, bedroom clean, livingroom clean. There were a lots of sunlight and it was spacious!! The grocery store is very close. We felt safe!

We had wonderful stay. The appartment is very clean, bright and spacious. It's well equipped (kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms) even for longer stay. The parking place is just in front of the building. There's very good pasticceria 100m away, and also some shops and restaurants in t he near. Even if it's not in the center we walked to the lake and back with 4 years old kid, it was not a problem. There's also a bus stop around the corner if walking is not an option. The host is very funny and helpful, the communication was very easy, check-in/out also without any problem. We can only recommend
