The location is good, very near to the city center. About 10-15 min by foot. It is quite a steep street tough, so I would not recommend it for the elderly. Otherwise perfect!

The apartment was in an historic building, but everything was new and modern. It was exceptionally clean and there was lots of light. It was in the middle of the old town.

Overall great apartment for a short stay in lucerne. Short walk or 1-2 bu stops from centre. Spacious and very nice apartment, well maintained and clean. Liked the personal meet for the check in and fact that fridge was stocked with basic groceries.

We were given a different apartment compared to the one booked but we didn’t complain as the beds were bigger in this apartment !!! Comfortable beds and spacious studio. Appreciated the free laundry room usage. Short walk to the main attractions. Staff are really friendly.
A person was there to receive us and guide us in. It was simple, fast and easy, inclusive payment of city tax and deposit.
We also got free public transport (bus) tickets for all our stay. It’s witihin a short walking distance of the altstad and a market. While apartment is a bit small, it is very doable for a short stay.
The apartment was super clean and had a great loft vibe! Loved the location, wished I stayed longer. Abundant supply of towels and tea/coffee, enjoyed the high quality of both. James was extremely responsive, instructions were clear during check in and out.
Great location near Lucerne HB trams buses and lake Lucerne ferry’s 5 minute walk so was perfect for all the trips I had planned to mountain ranges and lakes
The property is spacious and clean and I loved the loft that took you straight into your apartment with a key that would only allow the loft to stop at your front door

Fabulous clean and well equipped studio apartment, in great location with easy walk to train station, bus and boat terminals. Studio had all we needed for a comfortable short stay and it was great to have access to washing facilities. Christian and Patricia were wonderful kind and helpful hosts, very quick to provide support.
