The apartment was modern and its location is great. The rooms were comfortable, the living room was spacious and the staff was happy to help in every question. The cot for the baby was for free, additionally the use of the washing and drying machines was also for free.

The apartment was perfect for us to rest. It has a wonderful small inner yard where we had lunch and morning coffee. The kitchen and the bath were spacious and contained all necessary utilities including toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, coffeemaker, etc. The bed is very comfortable as well. The location is also superb. One minute from Konstanz Old Town, literally. And two minutes away from two Swiss boarders, if you plan to visit the neighboring state for day trips. Our special compliments for the most warm welcoming hosts who sent us video instructions during our late night arrival.

This was a brilliant location for exploring Konstanz and the wider area. the apartment was comfortable and clean, and we loved the colourful decor and arty touches. kitchen is small but had all we needed. Useful to be able to keep our hire bikes safely in the underground garage, and to use the washing machine and dryer in the laundry room. Quiet residential area, bakery and supermarket nearby, easy to get to the old town, the station etc. Annabel the owner was really helpful with a couple of questions I had in advance, and then met us on arrival to show us where everything was. We had a great stay here, and loved Chalet Charlotte and Konstanz in general

Spacious, clean, just a perfect holiday stay. The breakfast was really nice with many options. Also the kitchenette in the room was good for a stay in dinner or fixing lunch to take away. Staff was very gracious, and provided GF bread and cereal for breakfast each day The Bodensee Card was a nice benefit because it included local bus transportation.
