A beautiful apartment in a good location with a great view of the Jungfrau. It was clean and well equipped. The outside space was great as we had children with us. Underground car parking and a laundry room were a bonus. Owners were a pleasure to deal with. There were even toiletries which we wouldn't expect in an apartment.

The location is awesome, right next to the Lake Brienz. The Chalet is very clean and has everything a family needs on their vacation. The kitchen has all the required utensils and basic spices, oil etc which was helpful. The towels are very clean and the blankets are very nice and cozy. Everything about the Chalet is perfect. And the owner Diana is a lively lady who was very helpful and waited for our late check in time and didn't even charge us any extra amount. Also she was so kind to waive off the city tax as we checked out in rush. I will be glad to come back to stay here again and highly recommend this place.

The hotel is quite good and owned by an Arab, which adds a nice touch. It's conveniently located near the train station, making commuting easy. There are several halal restaurants nearby, which was a bonus. When we were leaving Zurich, the staff kindly assisted us with our luggage to the train station. Although there were a few shortcomings, the staff went above and beyond to provide extra services and discounts, which is why I’m giving it a 5/10.

Such a beautiful apartment, with an amazing view! The host was very helpful and we found the apartment clean and welcoming. It was a bit tricky to find the apartment even with the instructions given to us by our host. But once we found it - all was good.
Just a note: The apartment is on the other side of the river to the city/train station. It's a lovely walk perhaps 20mins, but could be tricky with luggage on wheels.
It has been a nice experience to stay at Holzhaus bei Interlaken. The location was superb. We had a mountain view apartment. We got everything we needed for stay. The kitchen was completely equipped with all the necessary utensils. The host lady was very kind to us. I must recommend this place to stay if you are planning to visit Interlaken.
Amazing location across the river and only 15 min walk from Interlaken Ost, while in a quiet and very nice area, on the river, with a beautiful garden, and easy access for dipping into the river.

From Interlaken Ost, bus 102 (direction Ringgenberg, NOT Interlaken West direction) to Goldswil-Dorf. 2nd stop. Take the apartment. Fits 4-5 persons comfortably. There are 2 rooms inside with 2 bathrooms. Equipped with a small kitchen & a small dining table. Stayed 3 nights. Enjoyed the beautiful view outside our window. Buffet breakfast is sumptuous and prepared with much love & care. Tq v m to all staff, especially Christina.
