We wanted to enjoy the Biasca and the Maggia valley, and this house is in the perfect location! Also, the size of the house was fantastic, with ample rooms.

We may have left Modern Living 4 days ago, but our stay will live in my heart forever. This unbelievable gem of an accommodation had more than anyone could ask for and is an incredible value for the economical price. The view from the floor to ceiling windows in the living room-- breathtaking! The kitchen has every pot, utensil and appliance you could possibly need, except a microwave-- but honestly, we were trying to slow down and enjoy our vacation and never missed it. The bedrooms are beautiful and the bathrooms are stocked with all you need. These lovely hosts provide toilet paper, paper towels, coffee pods, shopping bags, city trashbags (a must in Switzerland), plenty of towels, sheets, toiletries, I could write a book! The TV provided access to Netflix, YouTube and Amazon, among others, and you only need to add your own log-ins. Grocery stores and lovely restaurants are quite close as is the bus stop. Locarno and Lago Maggiore are a short 5-10 minute drive away if you have your own car. I cannot recommend Modern Living and Isabella, our gracious host, more! 15/10 for my family and me!!
