I don't usually leave reviews, but the owner of this hotel truly deserves recognition. After a long day of hiking, we arrived late at night and were greeted by an amazingly friendly owner, and we got an amazing top-floor room. When I went downstairs to ask about buying pasta, the owner, realizing how late it was, generously offered us a new package of pasta to cook and a delicious bolognese sauce he had prepared from his restaurant/place.
In all my travels, I've never encountered such exceptional hospitality. The owner's kindness, combined with the hotel's stunning mountain location and peaceful atmosphere, made for an unforgettable stay. Our top-floor room was perfectly equipped for self-catering and offered comfortable beds plus you could park easily in your park. Note we did travel during the October half-term and we had our dog with us , and the hotel-owner was very dog-friendly.
Also 10m away from Leukerbad ( lovely place) where we had an amazing coffee in the morning and got some supplies for our next hike.

The apartment is newly decorated (except for kitchen) and is super clean and cozy. A lot of attention to details and has everything you might need. Great views from the apartment. Master bedroom is wonderful. Very quiet at night, so good rest is guaranteed. The owners live in the same house and are very welcoming.
