The hotel is well placed in the Old Town and is in a lovely building. Access was easy. There is no elevator and while I was on the third floor, in reality, it was only two floors up as the ground floor is Level 1. The room was large and the bathroom was a good size which was great.

Really central. Walking distance to most attractions and shops and restaurants were just around the corner. Quiet and well soundproofed despite nearby nightlife. Safe neighborhood. Clean and comfortable, felt like my home! Several charging sockets available and very good wifi. Everything was provided from Bluetooth speaker, ear plugs, bath robes, slippers, towels and toiletries to coffee pods and popcorn for microwaving. An added bonus if you have a sweet tooth and want the Montreal experience of buttered popcorn. Getting in and out of the building was trouble free, using the code provided. Lift was always available. Walk-in shower was spacious and hot water was abundant. Everything was modern, bed was super comfortable. Could have stayed there indefinitely, it was perfect for my needs.

Room 303 was fantastic, comfy decor and vibe, loads of space. Super clean and comfortable. I loved having laundry in unit. Felt like I was living in my own apartment in Montreal and not just visiting. The building is supremely well located: very close to Place des Arts station on the green line and bus lines on Rue Sherbrooke; grocery stores, pharmacies, cafes, and restaurants are close nearby as well as the busy streets of St Larent and St Denis.

The host, Jean-Pierre, was amazingly helpful, with local knowledge that set us on the right track and enhanced our stay. He went out of his way to be helpful. The apartment itself is super special, and it can easily accommodate 8 people. Lift brings you directly to the apartment. Staff wad very helpful and came in 5 min to check us in, appreciate.
