Amazing apartment with 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms perfect for a family. Well-equipped kitchen and everything new in the apartment plus a very large balcony and a nice view, close to the city center. Good facilities (especially the large underground parking) and it took us a bit to get used to no reception or person to ask questions, but it was all fine eventually.
I really cannot name one thing that we didn't like - it's pity that we couldn't stay longer.

The flat was amazing! It was well equipped, had a great set up and was very clean. The location was also great to visit both Kitchener and Waterloo, and it was a good base to visit the surrounding area, including Niagara Falls.

Checking in was very easy. I arrived at 2am after a long flight but checking in was quick and easy. The room was appeared to be clean and had everything I needed for my short stay of one night. The bed was nice to sleep in.
Lovely apartment, the most welcoming host, this has probably been my favourite accommodation yet.

Very quiet location in the heart of the downtown , 2 minute walk to Giant tiger and 3 coffee shops / bakeries ! very clean and the 2nd story loft with skylight and full kitchen were a real nice change from a boring hotel room !
