The host, Jean-Pierre, was amazingly helpful, with local knowledge that set us on the right track and enhanced our stay. He went out of his way to be helpful. The apartment was private, secluded, and quiet, and it had all the facilities we needed to cater to ourselves. The apartment was easily accessible by metro and bus.

Lovely studio apartment. Clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Nice touches were tea, coffee and popcorn. As well as quality toiletries and the bathrobes provided. Helpful contact via text with apartment manager. Good location - apart from the noise from the trash collectors at 7am which went on for over an hour. (Ours was room 202).

Excellent customer service. Friendly and welcoming staff. Very good modern and spacious bedroom and bathroom. Fully equipped mini fridge, microwave, tea and coffee facilities, big flat tv. Good breakfast. Spacious car park. Easy access by car.
The hotel staff are great and very accommodating. The room was very clean and well kept. I had a small problem with the fridge in my room and the staff had it all fixed and changed out with a new fridge within 10 minutes of me letting them know there was an issue. Exceptional service for the staff!!
