Emil was very helpful and spoke excellent English. He recommended two restaurants which were close and very good. Position a short walk from the centre and twenty minutes walk from the old town. Beautifully refurbished to a good standard. Bakery at street level.

Basically everything. I can't complain about a single thing - nice and communicative hosts, a spacious clean apartment with all the amenities we needed. The location was in the very heart of the centre and having a parking spot in the building was extremely handy, as we also had to run some errands and travel outside of the city during our stay.

Location is convenient from Plovdiv for a short stay, it's only 30 minutes out of town, but you feel like you are in the mountains, impressive views.
Rooms are big, spacious and well equipped. Bathroom really nicely designed and classy.

Dinner and breakfast restaurants are very nice, with excellent variety and quality of food available. Staff are all friendly and professional.
Spa facilities are exceptional.
All round, a real high quality experience, for very reasonable price. We will go back soon.
