Actually it was one of the most appropriates small Vella I had and this is way 1- from the entrance of the Vella you find small area with clothes closet where you can but your luggage’s 2- then you enter the kitchen with all you need from kitchenware and washing machine nearby small dining table with tow chairs 3- then you will go to next level you will find at the left side the bathroom with good space and contains bathtub 4- in same level at the right hand you will find the leaving room with four chairs table two sofa bed with nice view to the garden with big glass door can be opened to the small balcony 5- next level the bedroom queen size comfortable equipped with fan also there is a window to the garden Generally the villa will equipped with all you need to say in a nice place with large area of green garden in the villa's yard car parking in front of the main villa entrance also the year with remotes control to open/close for enter it’s a privet area only whole belong can enter Finally the owners were very helpful and Generous as well as lovely they are beautiful and wonderful persons.

The location is great for those who plan to explore Belgium by car. The apartment is located in a bourgeois suburb of Brussels, 5 minutes from the highway. Also it is in 3 minutes of walk from the tram stop, and it took us about 40 minutes to get to Grand Place by tram+subway. The apartment was impeccably clean and fully equipped, the bed was very comfortable, the sofa relaxing and the balcony spacious enough for an evening glass of wine. Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The apartment is well designed, with a separate toilet and bathroom, and a separate room for the wash and dry machines. The apartment has a private parking place right near the building. We lacked nothing. The host was very helpful and even provided us with two bottles of water, a pack of Lavazza and a few cupcakes. Henri, merci pour tout! Nous avons adorés votre appartement!

Roya has a lovely apartment in the upstairs of her home. It has a completely private entrance (the stairs might be a bit much for some, but it was fine for us.) The bed was very comfortable. It was very nice to have a comfortable, separate living room/kitchen so that I could sleep-in; my husband is an early riser. The apartment was well stocked with coffee, tea, creamer, chocolate, biscuits, and beer and water in the refrigerator. There were spices, oil, etc. if someone wanted to cook. Roya brought breakfast to our room. It was good and plentiful; fresh fruit and nuts, excellent rolls and bread, pastry, lunch meats and sliced cheese. as well as cream cheese for the nut bread. We didn't spend time in the village, because we were there to visit a friend in a nearby village. I think having a car would be helpful, but there are several restaurants in walking distance. Roya and her husband couldn't have been nicer, more welcoming, or more helpful, They are lovely people!

Everything about the place was wonderful. We liked the comfort of the bed and the nice little touches like the free chocolate and coffee. The location was perfect for us. It was close to Stockel Square and the fresh market, the autoroute, the metro station if we wanted to go downtown by metro, etc. We fully recommend this place.
