The property was willing to help at any time. They offered to do the laundry at the middle of our stay and also to throw the garbage for us. The check out was at 11.00 and, since our flight was in the afternoon, they also offered a solution to keep our luggage.

It's a well-equipped apartment in a nice and quiet neighborhood easily reachable by public transport. The house is only a few minutes away from the next subway/tram/bus station/stop and very close to supermarkets and restaurants. The host was extremely nice, speaking multiple languages and being very accommodating.
We stayed only one night but we found everything we needed for dinner and breakfast.

The property is very well kept, tidy and cozy. We had all the appliances we needed for our family to stay and also the location was really good. Very big house and one of the bedrooms has an en-suite. Also two of the bedrooms have a balcony including in the living room, good location not far from the center of Brussels and also parking in a garage included. A lot of shops nearby for quick grab to eat and Lidl and Carffour aren’t too far away. I definitely recommend it

Modern apartment well equipped, comfy bed and everything you need for a short stay in Brussels. Quiet noisy during the day but it didn’t bother us as we were out during the day. Good heating which was much needed as it was quiet cold during our stay.
The apartment is located in the centre, easy access to shops/ restaurants and sightseeing places. . It is a small studio, but perfect for a short stay. Sergio is a very nice host.

Very good location, comfortable bed and good sized apartment, perfect for a short stay. The flat was very nice and warm when we arrived, towels, bed linen and hair dryer provided. It was easy and conveniet to access the appartment by the door code.
We walked in, and it felt like we were in an ultra modern apartment. I loved the loft with the bed, the extra glowing fixtures, and the history behind the place. The resident cat in the complex was extraordinarily friendly and Edmund was a fantastic host, with stellar recommendations for the area. The location was super walkable, easy to get to a train or metro, and full of amazing food options.
It's my second stay with FLATS - this time, I stayed in a very comfy apartment/loft, recently renovated. I was quite happy to return and will look to stay here again for my next trip to Brussels. The location is perfect, the apartments are nicely equipped and the staff is friendly and available.
