Booked 3 rooms one of them smelled cigarettes even though all the rooms were smoke free, they wouldn’t provide any cutlery’s or plates in one of our studio room. Overall disappointing service and rooms weren’t clean wouldn’t go again..

Absolute perfect stay here. The room was in excellent state, great view and cleaned every day. They served a very nice Bangladesh breakfast every morning. What te best thing was the staff. They where so friendly and helpfull. Helped me out with with the scooter rental service. It was so good that I extended my stay with 4 more nights. I would recommend this place to everybody!

Only USP is the location. It is a big apartment with a huge gathering of people. The booking slip shows facilities like 'The apartment's kitchen, which has a tea and coffee maker, is available for cooking and storing food, a washing machine, etc.' but these are surprisingly missing. Room service OK.

I booked a studio sea-view room. After they hand in the key the room is partially sea-view room. After complaining they told I needed to upgrade with more money.
