This property was in an exceptional location. The host was really prompt to reply and help out straight away. The apartment (studio) was spacious, bed super comfy and the apartment had everything you could need, including a great view to the tennis courts below. Great restaurants and train station only a few minutes’ walk away. I would definitely stay there again.
Great location. Easy access to malls and eateries. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well-equipped with all the items that we needed for the short stay.
My stay included a complementary room upgrade from a studio to a one-bedroom so that was greatly appreciated for my stay. The room ended up being exceptionally big with a great view of the train tracks and central station which was great as I could then geek out about the trains. The room was fully loaded with a proper kitchen and bathroom with a bath alongside a large living space and balcony. The building is a bit dated but you shouldn't let that get in the way as it genuinely feels like a rental apartment.
The Manly Waves Studios and Apartments are the perfect location for exploring Manly and the rest of Sydney. The beautiful Manly beach is at the end of the road and all the shops and restaurants of Manly are a short walk away. We were upgraded to a two bedroomed flat which was a nice treat for our family of five and the flat had everything we needed including a washing machine which was an added bonus. For a stay in Manly I would highly recommend staying at Manly Waves - the reception team were incredibly helpful too.
Studio 8, the place was spotlessly clean, staff were helpful, coffee was excellent.

The Adina apartments are beautifully styled and very clean. Our room was massive and very comfortable- by far the best ‘apartment’ rental for a short stay I have experienced in Sydney and super affordable. We will be using Adina again!
Room was spacious (loft penthouse apartment), no view but nice high ceilings and very bright. Asked for some ice which was brought up very quickly. Room a tiny bit dated and could do with a paint, but had everything you need and was an excellent price and location.
